By using this site and purchasing our gear, you’re agreeing to the way we play the game.

Custom Manufacturing: Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot offer cancellations once the production process has started. You are paying for a custom build, and we commit to delivering that high-standard quality every time.

Accuracy: Make sure your shipping address and contact info are 100% correct. Since we use DHL Express, they need a solid point of contact to ensure your delivery isn't delayed.

Governing Rules: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We keep the agency professional, and we expect our clients to do the same.
