Every single item we produce is custom made to order. Because of the specialized manufacturing process in Pakistan and the high costs of DHL Express shipping, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason.

• No Returns: We do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing errors.

• No Refunds: All sales are final the moment the order is placed.

• Shipping Liability: We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during transit with DHL Express. Once the gear leaves our facility, the responsibility lies with the carrier and the customer.

• No Cancellations: Production starts immediately. We cannot cancel orders once they have been processed.
